Boone Balanced Bodies
Classes focus on building strength, mobility, and conditioning:
Expect a daily warmup of full body functional movement patterns.
A short circuit with various body weight and band exercises building strong and mobile core, shoulders, wrists, hips, and legs.
And ending with a skill involving handstands or partner work of sorts for you to either begin exploring or refine.
These classes are designed to meet your body where it is, with enough challenge for you to continue to progress and push yourself and enough modifications to make it accessible.
Bring a pair of socks, your most comfortable active wear, and a water bottle.
This is an All LEVELS class. We strive to meet your body where it is.
