Functional movement is a system
of dynamic, unusual full body training.
It is the creation and result of years of movement studies, explorations, injuries, and assessments of my own body and others.
It has been created to recognize and address patterns in our bodies that cause pain and discomfort. We treat the body as a whole system in which each part is affected by the other and so on. In order for a body to be fully functional and pain free, it must be balanced: Front to back, side to side, strength with mobility.
Using various full body strength and mobility training we aim to unwind old patterns rebalance through creating new ones. We focus on building core strength, and training healthy joints and healthy bodies.
