Mobility and Stability
Intentionally build strength and mobility through various body weight, band, and active flexibility exercises. We will focus on multifunctional movements, alignment, structural integrity, and somatic explorations to continue to gain body awareness for sustainable movement. Creating strong, dynamic bodies so that we can love being in them.
These classes are designed to meet your body where it is, with enough challenge for you to continue to progress and push yourself and enough modifications to make it accessible. Bring a pair of socks, your most comfortable active wear, and a water bottle. |
