May 6th - May 30th
4 week Intermediate acro yoga series.
We will spend 4 weeks delving into a serious Acro yoga practice. Twice a week class will begin with a series of individual warm ups moving into acro strength and conditioning, followed by a skill introduction and progression.
Expect to become extremely proficient at involved spotting, high star variations, and mono limb work. We will train progressions and foundation for foot to hand, hand to hand, and two high consistently throughout the series.
Come ready to train hard.
Transitions between drills will be fast and you will be expected to have a basic understanding and ability to do Acroyoga already.
pre-reqs: you must be able to base or fly un-assisted bird and presses, high star, and throne. You must be at least beginning foot to hand work, and have a basic foundation for handstands.
It is highly recommended that you attend B3 classes before attending this series.

its all about physics and building a strong foundation. For me, Acro has been my passion, physical therapy, and laughter therapy since 2012.
After three knee surgeries, it was an incredible rehab tool for my body to build strength, mobility, and stability in a controlled environment. A way that there could be plenty of smiles, laughter, and connection all while rehabbing.
Balanced Bodies Bootcamps are a great way to build a foundation for Acro yoga.
