This Dynamic High energy series focuses on building core strength, stability, and mobility while training healthy joints and healthy bodies.
Twice a week expect a daily warmup, strength training and mobility exercises, sprinkled with active flexibility and somewhat frequent awkward laughs.
Any active person is perfectly capable of attending this series. These classes are designed to meet your body where it is, with enough challenge for you to continue to progress and push yourself and enough modifications to make it accessible. Bring a pair of socks, your most comfortable active wear, and a water bottle.
Core strength, stamina, flexibility, cardio, lengthening and strengthening, range of motion, supportive environment. Keep your body healthy and doing the things you love.
