 Intermediate ACRO YOGA

Get ready to TRAIN SMART this Fall so you can PLAY HARDER.

Monday and Wednesdays
8pm-10pm
Sept 30 - Oct  24th

Spend 4 weeks delving into a serious Acro yoga and handstand practice. Twice a week class will begin with a series of individual warm ups moving into handstand conditioning and acro strength and conditioning.  The second half of the class will include a skill introduction and progression with a few minutes at the end to wrap up and go over previous skills and progressions.
